Within 1 year of installing Parity, the corporation won the Alectra Inspiration Award, which is given out to the condominium corporation that shows the greatest reduction in electricity consumption. We were so proud of them! To continue expanding conservation efforts, the board of directors engaged Parity to install smart thermostats throughout the building.
Parity continues to partner with the board at Kingsbridge Grand to find new ways of lowering energy costs and reducing GHG emissions.
