The board of directors at Epic on Triangle Park, located at 68 Abell St in Toronto, was on a mission to create value for its 476 unit owners. One of their key initiatives was to lower their annual operating costs.

They decided to focus on reducing their common element utility bill. The board at Epic on Triangle Park knew it wouldn’t be easy because was an existing building automation system (BAS), most equipment already had variable frequency drives (VFDs), and their developer left them high and dry with an expensive geothermal system.

Luckily for them, Parity was here to help. The key factors in the board’s decision to move forward with Parity were because of our unique capability to integrate with the existing BAS and our ability to control the geothermal system. Controlling the geothermal system would drive significant savings.
