The Role:

We’re seeking a highly skilled and motivated Building Intelligence Engineer to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy intelligent building systems, including but not limited to, energy management, security, and automation systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
  • Conduct site inspections and feasibility studies to assess the potential for smart technology integration.
  • Lead the development of prototypes and proof-of-concept projects to demonstrate the viability of new technologies.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory standards affecting building intelligence.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the project team, ensuring best practices in engineering and technology implementation.
  • Analyze data from building systems to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Building Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in building systems design, with a focus on smart buildings or IoT technologies.
  • Proficient in the use of design and analysis software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and MATLAB.
  • Strong understanding of network architecture, protocols, and standards relevant to building automation and control systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
