How does Parity generate energy savings?

The HVAC performance parameters (set points, fan speeds, etc.) that we achieve ensure that energy supply is at parity with demand. In other words, the amount of electricity and fuel that is consumed in order to deliver the requisite heating, cooling, and ventilation in the building will be reduced since energy waste within each of the HVAC systems that we are controlling will be eliminated.
